My ability to come up with exercises for my clients is based upon being able to visualize in this way. Being able to see the whole picture, fitness, nutrition and wellness. It is because of these gifts that I have been able to set goals and reach them, from years working in the Fashion Industry, Finance, Bodybuilding, and Fitness and Nutrition Coaching. If we don't grow from our experiences we will not learn and move forward, without our past to reflect on we may not know where to move forward.
